Our Return Policy
All of our toys and products are accurately shown on our web page. You may return items that are damaged upon receipt within 14 days of receiving them. We will not accept returns on the Sphereplay-Art of the Sphere Video unless it is damaged upon receipt. Please email us at shipping@tryouttoys.com before sending anything back for exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, there are several options:
- We can send you a replacement or exchange it for another item.
- We can issue you a store credit for the amount of the items you have purchased.
- If you pay by credit card or Pay Pal, we will credit your card or Pay Pal account. If you pay by check or money order, we will issue you a check mailed only to the billing address on your invoice.
